Did it rain or something?

I can't really tell. The gloom and doom of yesterday has been replaced by blue skys and temperatures in the 70's, as Charley moves on up to pound the crap out of the Outer Banks, in typical Atlantic hurricane fashion.

If nothing else, this was a good dry run on our preparations at home and work, I guess. Looking at the aftermath in Florida, it looks like we got lucky again. Mr. Hilton Head dutifully called me at 9:00 this morning with his update from the mean streets of the island - his hurricane aftermath shot was of surfers on the beach enjoying waves that actually top one foot.
